Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from Futipa, you can return them and receive a refund by following the simple procedures outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

  1. How can I return a product?

You can make a return by following these steps: I. Please go to your Futipa account on Futipa.com or the app to request a refund. If you do not have a Futipa account, click on “Save My Order” in your Futipa order email to initiate a return. II. In the “Your Orders” section, find the relevant order and click the “Return/Refund” button. III. Select the products you want to return and specify the reason for the return. Depending on the selected reason, you may need to provide additional information about your order. After providing the necessary details, click the “Next Step” button to proceed. IV. If you do not need to return the product, select your refund method in the final step. You can choose to receive the refund as Futipa credit balance or have it credited back to your original payment method. Make your selection and click the “Submit” button. V. If you need to return the product(s), you will be given options for return and refund methods. After submitting the request, we will provide you with a return label to send back the product(s). For every order, the first return of one or more eligible products within 90 days of the purchase date is free, with some exceptions. VI. Please place all returned products in a single package and use the return code we provide. Each product must also include its original barcode. If you cannot find the barcode:

  • Please pack the products individually in transparent bags before placing them in the return package.
  • A refund will be issued once the warehouse receives the items and they pass quality control.
  • If you do not receive your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
  • To ensure a smooth refund process, please keep the barcode of each product for your next purchase. VII. After placing all return products in one package, print the return label we provide and attach it to the outside of the package. Send your package from the nearest MNG location—that’s all! VIII. You can check the refund status of your returned product(s) through the order details page or via Futipa’s SMS/Email/Push notifications.

Please ensure that your return package is posted within 14 days after submitting your return request; otherwise, the return process will be canceled. The return label we provide is only valid for shipments within Turkey (excluding restricted areas like military bases).

  1. Is return shipping free?

Return shipping is free for the first return of one or more eligible products in every order within the return period.

If you apply for a return, you may be offered a partial refund without returning the items. If you accept this offer, your free return right for this order will be automatically deducted.

If you have previously returned items from an order and want to return additional products from the same order, you can do so as long as the return period is still valid.

To avoid extra charges, we recommend sending your return items in a single shipment. This also helps minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns.

For the second and subsequent refunds related to the same order, you can use the return label we provide and pay a shipping fee of 89.00 TL, which will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Where can I find the return label after applying?

You can find the return label in the “Your Orders” section in two different places:

  • “All Orders” → “Print a return label and start the return” → Click “Print Return Label”
  • You can also download and print the return label via “Returns” → “Print Return Label”
  1. How long do I have to make a return?

Except for certain exceptions, you can return products within 90 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Clothing that is worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or items with missing tags or hygiene labels.
  • Grocery and food products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.
  • Some free gifts.
  • Some personalized items.

If a product is eligible for return and refund, you must return it within the return period. You must ship the return package within 14 days after submitting the return request. After the return period ends, returns will no longer be accepted.

  1. Refunds

I. After you submit your return package, you may receive an advance refund. If the items are not returned or fail quality control, we may charge your original payment method. Advance refunds are granted based on your shopping history and at our sole discretion. II. For the refund of returned items, we will process your refund once the items reach us and pass quality control. III. If the returned product has been used, is damaged, has missing parts or accessories, or is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, the refund amount will be reduced to compensate for the loss of value. IV. Refunds for missing products: Find the relevant order in the support center, then select “Missing Product/Parts” to apply for a refund or contact customer service or the seller for assistance. V. Refunds for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received: Find the relevant order in the support center, then select “Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received” to apply for a refund or contact customer service or the seller for assistance. VI. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-14 business days (up to a maximum of 30 days) to be credited back to your original payment account. If the refund is not due to Futipa’s fault, shipping costs and original import taxes will not be refunded. Insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable. If the product was successfully delivered, any signature-required delivery fees will not be refunded. VII. Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you can choose to receive Futipa credits.

  • Refunds issued as Futipa credits are processed faster than those to the original payment method.
  • Futipa credits do not have an expiration date.
  • Once a refund is issued as Futipa credits, it cannot be reversed.
  • Futipa credits cannot be converted into cash and can only be used for purchases on Futipa.

  1. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is processed, your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account. For more details, please refer to the following table.

  1. Important Notice

I. The address written on your package is NOT the return address you should use. If you send the return package to a different address, the refund process may be delayed. You must send the return package to the address specified on the return label provided with your purchased product. II. Please ensure that you do not mistakenly include products in your return package that you do not intend to return. If you accidentally include an incorrect product, please contact Customer Service. We cannot guarantee that incorrect items will be found and returned. We do not offer refunds, compensation, or storage for such items.
